1. Log in to the Whois application at http://is.cuni.cz/webapps/whois2/
  2. Select the person at your department to whom you want to assign the role
  3. In the left menu Options, select Personal and contact information and under the person's name, choose Person within CU.
  4. In the Employment tab, find the relevant workplace (department, office, etc.) and under its name, select "show more..."
  5. Continue according to the attached image:
    1. click the Add role button
    2. choose the role type: organizational unit administrator
    3. choose the role name: web portal administrator
    4. fill in the start date of the role validity
  6. Save the entered information.
