- Log in to the Whois application at http://is.cuni.cz/webapps/whois2/
- Select the person at your department to whom you want to assign the role
- In the left menu Options, select Personal and contact information and under the person's name, choose Person within CU.
- In the Employment tab, find the relevant workplace (department, office, etc.) and under its name, select "show more..."
- Continue according to the attached image:
- click the Add role button
- choose the role type: organizational unit administrator
- choose the role name: web portal administrator
- fill in the start date of the role validity
- Save the entered information.
