To connect your computer to the computer network, you must fill in and print one of the forms below, or fill in the request electronically at the faculty Helpdesk. If you do not know how to do something, use the links to help.
Have your completed request printed and validated by your department head. Send the confirmed application by faculty mail to Tomáš Petrus at OIT or deliver it in person to Albertov 6, basement left, door number S02.
To connect to a computer network, you must have a network card (internal or external USB).

Requests are processed in the order they are received, usually the connection is made within 24 hours of receiving the request.
Application Forms
Choose and fill in the correct form:
- New connection - use if you have a computer that is not (and has not been) connected to the faculty network.
If the computer is under warranty and does not have its own network card and you do not want to lose the warranty, there are two ways to proceed:
- arrange for intervention on the computer with the computer manufacturer (supplier)
- purchase a USB network card and include its MAC address in the application
- Computer transfer - if you are moving your computer within the faculty (for example, to another room) and need to reconnect it to a different network outlet.
- Reinstallation of network settings - if you need to reinstall the network settings (after reinstalling the operating system or changing HW, upgrading, replacing HDD, etc.).
- Computer replacement - if you get a new computer and want to connect it instead of the existing one.
- Request for public IP address allocation
