Europe’s Environment 2025 – State and Outlook of the Environment in Europe

We warmly invite all those interested to a lecture and discussion on Europe’s Environment 2025, the most comprehensive publication on the state of the environment, climate, and sustainability in Europe, published every five years by the European Environment Agency (EEA). Key findings will be presented and questions answered by Leena Ylä-Mononen, Executive Director of the European Environment Agency. Election to the Employee Chamber of the Academic senate of the faculty

Fourteen seats will be filled from four faculty sections: Biology (6), Chemistry (3), Geography (3), and Geology and Environmental Sciences (2). The elections will be held electronically on November 18-20, 2025. Proposals must be submitted no later than 7 days before the election, i.e. by November 10, 2025.
