All interested persons are cordially invited to Zoltán Váci's lecture "Volcanism in the Early Solar System", which will take place on Wednesday 27th November at 3:00 p.m. in the Petrology lecture room at Albertov 6.

December traditionally includes the Faculty of Science's pre-Christmas concert. This year, it will ring out the Karolina Grand Auditorium on Tuesday 10 December at 6:00 pm. The evening will include the awarding of commemorative medals of the Faculty of Science, Dean's Awards to the best graduates of bachelor, master and doctoral studies and young scientists, as well as the announcement of the winners of the Science is Beautiful photography and art competition. Guests of the Pre-Christmas Concert of the Faculty of Arts are invited to a festive banquet.
