Google Workspace - data limit

Due to the modification of Google's terms of service, changes have been made to user service settings.

Currently, all users have a set data storage limit. If the Google interface informs you that you are approaching or exceeding this limit, it is necessary to review the necessity of the stored data, for example, using the link provided below, and reduce the total volume in the following ways:

• Deleting unnecessary data

• Exporting stored data. The Google Takeout service facilitates the export of your data from the faculty's Google Workspace https://takeout.google.com. This tool prepares the data for export from the Google environment.

You can check the volume of data stored on Google Drive at https://drive.google.com/drive/quota

Here, you can see your files sorted by size and also an overview of data volume in other Google services linked to your account.
