License Information:

Microsoft Select Plus is a volume licensing agreement designed for organizations and companies with more than 250 computers. It is concluded for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extending it for one or three years. It allows the customer to install the required number of licenses at any given time. According to precisely defined rules, this number is reported monthly to the reseller (LAR), and the report is forwarded to Microsoft for billing. It is strictly prohibited to share installation keys from media obtained through SELECT with others.

As part of the Microsoft Select Plus program, licenses for programs can be purchased under favorable conditions. If you also need the installation media, the final price for one DVD is 100 CZK including VAT. Please note - some programs may be contained on multiple media. Media can only be ordered in connection with a license (either previously or currently ordered through SELECT). Some products are available in different language versions. The purchase is processed centrally for the entire faculty. The invoice for the licenses will be sent to the faculty within approximately 7 days. The activation code for your license will be provided along with the installation media and invoice. Please note that, for compliance with the Campus Agreement, further copying of media is prohibited.

Registration and Ordering:

To obtain this software, you need to register here and send the printed order form to OIT addressed to Tomáš Petrus, OIT, Albertov 6, 128 43 Prague 2.

The order must include the account number from which the purchase will be paid.

The request must be signed by an authorized person who has signature rights for the account from which the order will be paid:

grant - signature of the grant manager,
department account - signature of the department head

Explanation of SELECT Price List Terms:

MVL Microsoft Volume License - designation of the Select multi-licensing program.
PF Advanced features.
SA Software Assurance - ensuring the right to future versions of the software.
Lic/SA License/Software Assurance - prepayment for the latest product versions during the term of the Execution Agreement, at the end you retain the current license. You can then either extend the subscription via SA or keep the current version.
UPG/SA Upgrade/Software Assurance - similar to the previous abbreviation, applicable for operating systems.
Win32 Windows license
Sngl Single Language - licenses marked this way allow the choice of any one language version of this license.
