License Information:

As part of our Microsoft CAMPUS agreement benefit, we can provide all employees of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague with the latest suite of Office applications for their personal devices free of charge for the duration of their employment. This includes the full desktop version of Office Professional Plus and Office Mobile for Android and iPhone.

Registration:

Sign-in to the service is done via your CAS login (username@natur.cuni.cz) and password on the page: https://login.microsoftonline.com/, and it is also necessary to sign in at least every 30 days for Office activation. Otherwise, your account will be deactivated and the functionality of your MS Office will be limited – documents will only be viewable, not editable. After the end of employment at the Faculty of Science, Charles University, the license entitlement expires.

Installation:

You can install it on up to 5 of your desktop or mobile devices (Windows 7 and higher, Android, iPhone, Windows Phone). The number of licenses you are currently using can be seen by logging into your profile. These applications are fully comparable to the commercial versions and can be used for work, teaching, and self-study. Before first use, please read and accept the license agreement.
