The Department of Applied Geoinformatics and Cartography offers study stays and possibly internships at the following universities within the Erasmus+ programme for the school year 2024/2025:

At the university level, a joint agreement has been signed with the University of Heidelberg, Sorbonne Univeristy, University of Warsaw, University of Copenhagen. Within the section, a capacity of 4 students/20 months at each of the three universities can be used for all disciplines.

Read carefully the Information for students of the Faculty of Arts of Charles University going on study stays within the ERASMUS+ programme.

If you are interested in a study stay at our department's partner institutions, please send an application to marketa.potuckova@natur.cuni.cz containing:

  • motivation letter (A4 pages in English),
  • a structured CV with a focus on studies,
  • a summary of your academic results throughout your studies (extract of academic results from SIS),
  • if relevant, information on the topic and the level of development of the bachelor's/master's/dissertation thesis with the supervisor's recommendation,
  • confirmation of language skills (certificates, exams); and
  • a study plan including information on foreign courses and a draft study plan protocol with supporting documents for the courses (see the Erasmus+ faculty website, point 3 Study plan).

The deadline for submission of documents for the selection procedure for Erasmus+ study stays and internships announced by the Department of Applied Geoinformatics and Cartography in the academic year 2024/2025 is 5.3.2024 16:00.

The selection procedure will take place on 6.3.2024 at 13:00 in the meeting room of the Department of Applied Geoinformatics and Cartography, Albertov 6, 2nd floor, No. 218. An alternative date for the selection procedure will be announced individually.
