Rules for working in the laboratory and price list

  1. Contact your supervisor or other team member for training before starting work in the lab. Anyone who is not trained cannot work in the laboratory.
  2. Read the instructions and other methodological instructions published on the laboratory's website.
  3. Make an appointment to the laboratory at least fourteen days in advance (preferably by email to "sipkovahanka@gmail.com"). You can easily find available dates in the Flow Cytometry Laboratory Calendar. Please include in the email the approximate number of analyses, the species and buffers you will use and the preferred plant standard - we do not have all standards available during the season).
  4. Maintain cleanliness while working, clean up after yourself, refill tips and cut filters (Uhelon) and wash Petri dishes. Do not keep your samples in the fridge for a long time (they may be thrown away). Check the refill of water in the storage bottles and DO NOT FORGET to empty the waste canister under the table!
  5. As the laboratory does not have internal employees, it is necessary for you to gradually master your own work with the cytometer and be as independent as possible. You will receive all the information during the initial training.
  6. The clearly preferred buffers (and safety) are Otto I. and II. Other buffers are acceptable only after agreement with the staff.

Thank you for respecting the rules of our flow laboratory and we wish you the most positive results and pleasant experiences at work.

The price for one analysis (for both fluorochromes) is CZK 25.
