- Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) SINGA allows international students to pursue a PhD in Singapore. The program covers a wide range of scientific fields and includes full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend of up to 3,200 SGD, and contributions for airfare and settling-in expenses. Applications must be submitted by December 1, 2024.
- A*STAR Research Attachment Programme (ARAP) ARAP offers PhD students 1–2 year research attachments at A*STAR with support from their home university. Projects span biomedicine, computational sciences, and engineering. The program provides a monthly stipend of 2,700 SGD and contributions for airfare, accommodation, and additional expenses. Nominations are accepted twice a year, typically in May and November.
