In the event of an insurance claim, always contact the insurance company first. The travel insurance card is available here: YourPass.
The insured gives the insurance company the policy number from the card, reports an accident or an insured event. The insurance company's staff then communicates directly with the insured (recommends contracted facilities, doctors, etc.).
Travel by employees over 80 years of age must be reported to the insurance company in advance (please inform us in advance of such travel)
Who can take advantage of the insurance: students and faculty staff with an approved travel order.
In case of travel outside the agreed insurance policy (remote places, high altitude places, dangerous activities), additional insurance can be arranged with the insurance company directly for the specific trip.
