In order to better meet the diverse needs of doctoral students in the field of education and ensure equal opportunities, doctoral students can undertake short-term physical mobility for the purpose of study or traineeship abroad.
NOTE! A valid Interinstitutional Agreement with the host institution is required for study stays.
Length of stay: from 5 to 30 days.
The amount of the scholarship from the 1st to the 14th day of activity is 79 EUR/day and from the 15th to the 30th day of activity is 56 EUR/day. This scholarship can be increased by a social scholarship of 100 EUR for stays of 1 to 14 days or 150 EUR for stays of 15 to 30 days.
Support for travel costs is also available for mobilities implemented under Call 2024. The amount of the allowance depends on the distance of the destination and the mode of transport. A higher allowance can be obtained when using an environmentally friendly mode of transport (train, bus, shared car, bicycle).
The amount of the allowance, including a link to the calculation of the distance of the destination according to the Distance Calculator, is given here.
The administrative preparation of short-term mobility of doctoral students is then governed by the same procedures as in the case of long-term mobility.
