The European Partnership One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (OHAMR) has informed about its planned call for international projects. The call is planned to open on 18. 11. 2025.

Participation of Czech entities should be funded via the Czech Health Research Council (AZV).

f you plan to participate in a proposal, please, contact well in advance, 1 month before the deadline at the latest, the Project Management Department (Martina Holíková, martina.holikova@natur.cuni.cz), so that all the formal requirements of the application can be prepared in time.

OHAMR should support research and innovation leading to improved surveillance of resistant pathogens, better diagnostics and effective treatment of infections and to prevention measures reducing the use of antimicrobials and the spread of antimicrobial resistance.

The potential research objectives for this call will be as outlined in the OHAMR Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda:

  • Assessment and prediction of the impact of economic incentives and regulations on drug development, drug production, drug supply and treatment availability.

Further information on the conditions of the call has not yet been published.

In this type of calls, the project consortium must usually consist of at least 3 partners from 3 different countries participating in the call, out of that at least 2 must be EU member states or Horizon Europe associated countries. However, these conditions vary from one European partnership to another. A common size of consortia is usually about 5–10 partners.
Each partner must fulfil the eligibility criteria of their national funding body.
