The European Partnership Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) has opened its Call 11 for proposals of international projects. Deadline is 9. 10. 2025.
IHI is one of the Institutionalised European Partnerships of Horizon Europe.

The IHI projects usually have to be carried out by international consortia with significant participation of users of the research results. Formally, minimal requirement is participation of at least 3 legal entities from 3 different countries (EU member states or countries associated to Horizon Europe). In practice, the usual size of consortial is ca. 8–25 entities, depending on the nature of the topic.

Call 11 (with two-stage evaluation) should support the following topics:
- Topic 1: Towards precision medicine: platform for transdiagnostic stratification of brain dysfunction.
- Topic 2: Understanding how infections foster and induce non-communicable diseases.
- Topic 3: AI-powered signal detection in pharmacovigilance.
- Topic 4: Leveraging Europe's expertise to accelerate cell therapy for type 1 diabetes.
- Topic 5: Establishing ortho and cardiology ambulatory surgical centres in Europe.
