With the approaching end of official support for the Windows 10 operating system by Microsoft, we would like to inform you about the necessity of transitioning to a supported system, Windows 11.

  • End of Windows 10 support: Microsoft will end support on October 14, 2025.
  • Security risks: After this date, no security updates or technical support will be available, increasing the risk of computer vulnerabilities.
  • Microsoft 365 applications will no longer be supported on Windows 10 after the end of support. This means that although applications may initially continue to work, they will no longer receive updates, including security updates, which may lead to potential issues.

If your computer is compatible with Windows 11, you will automatically be offered an upgrade through Windows Update in the coming months. Microsoft is releasing the upgrade gradually based on device compatibility.

How to manually check your computer’s compatibility with Windows 11:

  • Download the official PC Health Check tool from the link: https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
  • Install the application and run the compatibility check.
  • Follow the instructions displayed in the application.

Important:

  • If your device does not meet the requirements for Windows 11, contact your workplace IT administrator to discuss further steps.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Best regards,
CIT
