The Academic Senate of the Faculty is a self-governing representative body of the academic community. It ensures compliance with laws and other legal regulations, the internal regulations of the University and the Faculty, and the academic rights and freedoms expressed in the preamble to the Statute of the Faculty and in the preamble to the Statute of the University.
Its most important powers include e.g. election of a candidate for dean, approval of internal regulations and management of the faculty.
