Mgr. Kateřina Jandová, Ph.D.

Staff Chamber of the Academic Senate
My election program in brief:
1. Reduce the administrative burden on professionals.
2. Reconciling work and family life. Supporting parents in science.
3. Sustainability.
ABOUT:
I am a stable isotope specialist. My focus is on soil ecology and biogeochemistry, but I love studying ecosystem processes in general and I am using isotopes across a wide range of topics. I enjoy developing interdisciplinary collaboration.
I graduated from analytical chemistry and have always based my research on state-of-the-art methods and innovative technical solutions. I was a key member of the realisation team when establishing the Center for Isotope Research at Charles University in 2015. I have been responsible for method development and quality control management of the isotope-ratio mass spectrometry laboratory since then.
