About this type of projects About Horizon Europe
The event will also include advice on how to make your expert profile more attractive in the European Commission database. This workshop is aimed at researchers and project managers already familiar with the Horizon Europe programme who want to become evaluators or are currently preparing a proposal a project of this type. In order to register for the workshop, it is necessary to already have at least a short expert profile on the Funding and Tenders Portal.
Researchers who are interested in getting funding from Horizon Europe are strongly advised to register in the expert database and try to become evaluators as it is an invaluable experience for writing a successful proposal themselves in the future.
Horizon Europe is the main tool of the European Union for supporting research and innovation. More than one half of its funding is distributed as grants for these projects carried out by international consortia that focus on a research and innovation topic pre-defined by the programme (the types of projects “Research and Innovation Action”, “Innovation Action”, and “Coordination and support action”).
