The programme Inter-Excellence II of the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT), sub-programme Inter-Action has announced call LUAKR25 for proposals of international projects of basic and applied research that focus on Czech-Korean cooperation. Deadline is 7. 4. 2025.

The call will support Czech-Korean projects of basic research, industrial research or experimental development. The following areas are supported:
- BioScience
- Chemical Materials
- Digital
The Korean partner must submit a parallel application to their national funding body (Ministry of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea, MSIT). Project duration is 3 years (starting on 1. 10. 2025 and concluding on 30. 9. 2028). On the Czech side, the funding rate for research organisations and non-economic activities is 100%. Maximal funding per project (its Czech part) is CZK 5 million (total call allocation is CZK 25 million). One principal investigator (the leader of the project team) on the Czech side can participate in only one proposal.
The application must include a Letter of Intent (in English) from the Korean partner, documenting the intention to participate in the project, signed by the statutory representative of the Korean partner.
