Research Profile
Pavlína Netrdová is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Geography and Regional Development, Faculty of Science, Charles University, where she is a member of the research teams CEGARR (Economic Geography Lab) and GeoQol (The Research Centre on Health, Quality of Life and Lifestyle). She is also a member of the National Institute for Research on Socioeconomic Impacts of Diseases and Systemic Risks (SYRI) within the research group on Socioeconomic Inequalities in Health. Her scientific and teaching activities focus on the application of quantitative methods in social geography, spatial data analysis, applied statistics, measurement of regional inequalities, and spatial aspects of regional development, with a particular emphasis on unemployment.
