Area of expertise: Evolutionary-developmental morphology, Comparative & experimental embryology, Basal and larval vertebrates.

Research: In our „Laboratory for the Study of Craniofacial Evolution & Development“ we analyse developmental dynamics of tissues, structures, and skeletal elements of the oropharyngeal and craniofacial regions of vertebrates.

 Teaching: I have been actively involved in teaching the following courses: Morphology of animals, Zoology of vertebrates, General and comparative odontology. I also contribute into several other courses like Evolution of vertebrates, General biology, or Advances in Developmental Biology.
