The laboratory P31 is a multi-purpose facility shared among the Unit of Invertebrate Zoology and the Unit of Entomology of the Department of Zoology. The techniques employed in the laboratory include nucleic acid isolation, sequencing library preparation, protist culturing, light and fluorescence microscopy, protist staining, electron microscopy sample preparation, and Oxford Nanopore sequencing.
