• One-semester course for students at B2+ level
• Once a week for 90 minutes
• The course focuses on improving written expression, particularly in academic and professional contexts.
• It develops skills in composition, critical thinking, and effective communication — from writing abstracts and research papers to journal articles and academic essays.
• Participants will acquire vocabulary, as well as grammatical and stylistic structures commonly used in standard academic text formats.
• The course involves working with authentic scientific and popular science articles. A higher level of homework can be expected — writing both shorter and longer texts, which are then analyzed in class, and reading articles as a basis for discussion.
• Together with the Conversation Advanced 2 course, it forms part of the one-semester K7 course.
