With several successful years of training under our belt, this course is designed for researchers at every level. You will work hands-on with state-of-the-art tools such as Napari for interactive visualization, Cellpose for robust segmentation, and TrackMate for precise tracking. In addition, the workshop covers advanced microscopy techniques, including mesoSPIM imaging, deconvolution methods, and single molecule localization microscopy data analysis using ThunderSTORM. Through a series of practical exercises, live demonstrations, and guided workflow testing, you will build, optimize, and troubleshoot bioimage analysis pipelines tailored to your research challenges.
