The two-day programme will feature presentations of numerous international studies mapping inequalities in access to parental leave and the impacts of changing labour markets. A key highlight of the programme will be a special book panel on "Care Leaves and Care Time for All," led by Andrea Doucet and Peter Moss. The seminar provides a unique platform for sharing knowledge, connecting research agendas across countries, and exploring sustainable solutions for work-life balance.
