Registration for study

Distance registration becomes available once your admission result is published in the Student Information System (SIS) is ,,admitted".

 

The registration of applicants is open until the 30th of September.

 

The request for registration will be processed within 14 days after it is received. If the supporting documents or the request are incomplete, you will be asked to provide the missing documentation.

 

Before you submit the request for registration, please have the following documents prepared:

 

Authorised electronic conversion of proof of prior education

  • Authorised electronic conversion is handled e.g. by the Czech Post – The Czech Point service.
  • Applicants who completed their secondary education in a foreign country follow the instructions on the faculty’s website when having their prior education assessed.
  • Applicants who are in the process of having their prior education from a foreign country recognised by the faculty do not submit any proof of education at this stage – it will be supplemented by the faculty itself.

 

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Form – the form can be downloaded here. Please sign the form and upload a scanned copy in a PDF format. Your signature does not need to be authenticated.

 

Registration Sheet – a tutorial on how to generate the document is available here. Please print out the registration sheet, sign it, and upload a scanned copy in a PDF format. Your signature does not need to be authenticated.
