Our aim: The Albertov campus development Focus Group is dedicated to fostering the development of the Albertov campus by actively contributing to its strategic growth, policy shaping, and sustainable operations from the perspective of starting PI. Our mission is to contribute to a clear and effective recruitment process, support long-term sustainability, and create a thriving environment for research and innovation. Through collaboration and forward-thinking initiatives, we aim to help to establish the Albertov campus as a leading hub for scientific excellence.

  • My research focuses on deciphering how antigen-presenting cells regulate T-cell responses and influence immune cell fate decisions, aiming to uncover mechanisms underlying host-pathogen interactions.

   Vice-head: Ondřej Vaněk

  • My research group is interested in understanding cell-cell recognition processes within the immune system on a structural molecular level, especially how NK cells distinguish healthy cells from those tumor, virally infected, or stressed ones, and how we could help our immune cells recognize and eliminate target cells better.
