The course will offer exercises where participants will learn concrete forms on how to cope with stress in three main areas: stress prevention, reaction to stressors and working with outcomes from stress. More than analysis of stress we will dedicate our focus to specific techniques used in dealing with stress and situations where they can be applicable and effective.

  • Interactive exercises for identifying the most suitable interventions related to stress
