Department Seminar of PhD Students
The seminars will be held in the same format as last year:
- There will be 4 presentations per seminar with April having 5 due to the number of PhD students / seminar dates.
- Only 4th and 2nd year PhD students will present their results.
- 3rd year PhD students will have a poster session at the end of the academic year.
- Attendance of all PhD students is mandatory! (Unless you broke your leg)
- All students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the seminar begins.
- Don't forget your ISIC card for registration.
- Upon arrival you will be divided into four groups. Each group has to choose a spokesperson and come up with relevant questions during each presentation. After a short discussion the spokesperson will convey the questions to the presenter.
The first PhD seminar will be held on the 15th of November at 14:00 in the CH2 lecture hall.
Last but not least! All of you are invited to join the Meet & Greet party that will be held after the first seminar. Snacks, beer and other soft drinks will be served. The party will be held at the Student club Chladič, which is located in the basement of our chemistry building here at Albertov.
