Moment Macro J
An extended macro for biomechanics parameters mesurement based on MomentMacroJ adapted for use with both confocal sections and CT sections with automated, semi-automated and manual mode and measurements based on selections rather than on threshold. Macro is trying to autocalibrate images. Any type of images can be used in principal. Installation: Copy "StartupMacros.txt" into the ImageJ/macros folder and restart ImageJ. Macro can be found under "Plugins>Macros" menu. Update: This file is obsolete. The most recent version of this macro you can download from https://github.com/Schebique/EPJmacro
