UH has also added another extracurricular virtual training. The English edition of PIASTA’s Transcultural Awareness workshop. 
 

• What will you need to join?

•            A stable internet connection (not from a smartphone, preferably)

•            Willingness to participate with your camera turned on

•            Strong English skills for active participation in discussions

28. & 29. June 2024, Fri & Sat 12:00-17:30 local time Hamburg (CET): Let’s Talk about Racism! Anti-Racism and Decolonization – Virtual Training for Students at Universität Hamburg and Its Partner Universities Worldwide (in English language, together with German and international students).
 

The training is free of charge and students will receive a certificate afterwards. The Zoom links will be sent to all registered participants on the day of the events by e-mail. Our trainers accept up to 20 students in each training, 10 places are reserved for students from partner universities. Please note that the courses take place at German local time. Registrations will be accepted on “first come, first served” basis.
