On June 11–12, 2025, the Family Policy Forum 2025 took place at the Gong Multifunctional Centre in Ostrava, gathering experts from research institutions, public administration, and practice. The event featured three main programme sections, nineteen discussion panels, and over one hundred distinguished guests.
Our department was represented by Assoc. Prof. Jiřina Kocourková, who presented the latest research on changes in reproductive behaviour and the value orientations of younger generations towards parenthood. Her contribution enriched the debate on the causes of declining fertility and possible policy measures to support families in the Czech Republic.
Many thanks to the organisers for creating an inspiring platform for professional exchange.
