We invite you to a lecture entitled "Our Planet from Space: ESA Satellite Missions and Education" with Dr. Francesco Sarti from ESA / ESRIN, which will take place on 28 May at 2 pm at the Kampus Hybernská.

The presentation will show the Earth Observation programme of the European Space Agency (ESA), its missions, recent and forthcoming launches, including the Copernicus missions, and preparations for ESA's follow-up activities.
It will cover the ESA's Earth Observation missions, known as Earth Explorers, and present the latest results and key applications made possible by these satellites.
The presentation will also include a description of the ESA's related Earth Observation Training and Capacity Building programme, including the training opportunities offered to university students and teachers.
