Research interests:

Molecular genetic aspects of autoimmune diseases: focus on Type 1 diabetes (T1D), Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Psoriatic arthritis (PsA); study of differences in genetic predisposition depending on age at the time of disease manifestation.

Genetic study of other complex diseases, especially Type 2 diabetes (T2D) and obesity.

The role of peripheral prolactin and non-specific immunity in the development of autoimmune diseases: Monitoring of prolactin expression in monocytes of people with and without autoimmune disease; the role of toll-like receptors in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.
